ORGANIZATION
Organization is what sets Foundation Security apart from other security companies. Our philosophy influences all our work, from how we store our project files on our computers, to how we wire run wires out in the field. It is why we do the work that we do. One might not think it but organization and planning is key to life safety and security systems.
Successful deployment and the continued use of such systems relies on many different parts. Panel programming must be correct and well documented if any repairs or changes are to be made. Wires should be ran in some sort of pattern or by some specific scheme so as to easily trace down any broken wire or damaged system component. Documentation should be easily accessible and companies should maintain drawings of where everything is, how all wires were ran, when devices were installed, when they were last serviced, what was done during service, and who serviced the equipment.
Any complex system, when broken down into its simpler and smaller constituent parts will be easier to work with, but it is then hard to manage all those little bits and pieces. This is why we believe that organization is so important.
Even when it comes to projects, we use software to track our progress and establish milestones. We’ll always be aware of when our final inspections are scheduled and what needs to be accomplished before that date.
Organization, Cleanliness, Professionalism, Fairness, and Communication are the values to which we subscribe and whose tenets are represented in our work.
